Post card looks good.  I think sending it to only Texas colleges and universities at this time (considering we are still rebuilding out finances), is a great idea.

  1.  POSTCARD
The AHEAD in TX conference postcard is supposed to be mailed today directly from the printing service company (final draft attached).  Sorry for the delay.  It took me some time to negotiate the quote and adjust to scale down the mailing list since the 3-color printing cost more than I anticipated.   I have kept the total cost under $500.  I am currently only sending them to Disability Services offices at colleges in Texas (both traditional and "for profit").  I am not mailing to DARS/DBS or ESCs at this time.
*         Chuck -You will be faxed two invoices.  They needed me to pay for postage TODAY (~$75) before they would mail the postcards, so I gave them the credit card.  They will send the printing/labor bill later.
*         ALL - I'm hoping you will all receive one, so you can tell me when they arrive.


  1.  MEMBERSHIPS & LISTSERV
I audited the membership payments and compared it to listserv this weekend.  We have 88 paid members, 8 with POs pending payment.  I removed 27 members from the listserv for not having a current membership.  I left those with outstanding POs on for now.
*         Chuck - I changed the conference exhibitor term flag to be "non-member 2012" instead of "membership 2012".  This way they can show up on the composite lists for the conference, but not show they paid members on Quickbooks Reports.
*         Cathy - When you are ready to send out the election e-mail, I will run a report of all paid, voting-eligible members (professional and institutional members -- removing associate, emeritus since they are non-voting).
