[TXAHEAD-BOD] Treasurer Position

Good morning everyone!

It seems to me that it would make the most sense for Tracey to take over the Treasurer position, for a year (unless Chuck wants to volunteer for 1 more year), since she and Chuck have been working hand-in-hand with Quick Books for the  past year.   Then we could hold a separate nomination and election for the Director of Membership/Communication, but not before the conference.  Although, we could ask for nominees at the conference and then have the membership vote on a replacement for Tracey, before the end of this school year.
