The Site Committee is not looking at "box lunches" at all!!  Yuk!

We're looking at a buffet style lunch (so we don't have to pay for servers) that is "yummy."

It looks like we will be eating a lot.... I like that :)  Do you know if we will have other options rather than box lunches.  I think that they will want some time away.... I can't guarantee that I'm exciting enough to make them want to work through lunch or even sit in the same room. If we travel off site I can always use the credit card.

Suggested Corrections:


*         The morning break time on 4/11 needs to be fixed.  It currently reads 10:30 am - 10:15 am.  I'm assuming you meant 10:45 am.

*         The afternoon break time on 4/11 is an hour starting at 2:15? If so then set up needs to be done by 2:00, not 2:45.

If the pre-conference is all day, I would include lunch (box lunch) so they don't have to search for something.

Numbers for participants look okay for now.

Please take a look at the attachment.  It is the catering order; food vendors will be receiving this handout to assist them as they put together bids for the conference.  Please pay particular attention to the number of people I "guesstimated"  for each food service activity and tell me if you think it's too high, too low, or just right.  We will be able to adjust the numbers some as we get closer to the conference itself.
