Attached is the draft of my membership report.

A few questions for discussion/agenda:

*         Conference:

o   What types of membership reports does the Board/Conference Committee need for the conference and when do you need them by?

*         For Elections discussion:

o   We should verify BOD nominees have paid membership for 2012 before posting on ballot.

o   What is the cutoff date for membership payments to be eligible to vote/run?

o   Can we map out the timeline (nominations verified by, personal statements due, ballot content created, ballot posted online, voting deadline, verification of voting, announcement of results, etc.)?
