I looks good to me.  The only thing is - it looks like we will probably have an Exhibitor session during the final breakout of concurrent sessions of Friday.  I just had 2 Exhibitors not yet registered contact me this week about still being able to sign up to do one of the Exhibitor sessions.

Attached is my re-formatted version of the conference packet (Word and PDF format).  I've also attached extracted PDF pages for the specific forms that some of you might want to send out in reminder e-mails (board nomination, scholarship application), without sending the entire packet.

The main issue with accessibility for screen readers was (1) the use of text boxes/spacing for formatting; (2) not alt-texting images, and (3) not identifying table header rows.  I also added the use of "styles" (heading tags) to make navigating the document easier for screen readers; added the credit card payment options; and corrected a few minor typos I found.

Please take a moment to look over the packet to make sure I didn't leave anything out or any transposition errors.

In particular I want to make sure that Alan and Rhonda are okay with the revised version before I replace the version on the website.

One thing we might want to add to the website is information on parking and options for transportation (Airport info, suggestions for how to  get to campus from the local hotels, etc).

Unless anyone is opposed, I am going to re-format the conference registration packet so the packet information and forms are more accessible (and to add the credit card payment option to the registration form).

I'm also considering also saving the forms (registration, membership, scholarship application, silent auction, stipend) out separately to make it easier to download and print them without having to open and sort through the entire packet.
