Subject: [TXAHEAD-BOD] Hotels for Expanding Horizons?

I'm in the process of making arrangements for attending the Expanding Horizons Conference in November for myself and 2 other TAMU staff members.

I was just curious if any of you made your hotel reservations yet?  I was going to try and reserve rooms in the same place, if possible, to make communication and coordination easier.

I am leaning towards the La Quinta for cost-savings, but wanted to check on your plans before making a final decision.
