Thanks much to all who responded.  I will share your recommendations and
offers of service to those who asked me to contact you.   To those who
offered their services, I may be contacting you again to ask for any
brochures or other information that provide more specifics of your
services so that the team can make their choice(s). 

I do apologize for saying “Mandates”.   That may not have been the
correct term to use.  I was referring to the information sent to College
Presidents in the June 29, 2010 Dear Colleague Letter, that discussed
the need for education technology to be accessible to all students.
