[Kan-ahead] enrollment policies

Hi all,
    Can you tell me if:

1.  Does our institution allow late enrollment?  In other words, do you allow students to enroll who arrive in the few days before or the few days after classes start?

2.  Do you have policies which require instructors to enter grades and attendance into a grade management system.  If so, do you have difficulty with instructor compliance?
