[Ahead_ld] transporting students with temporary mobility impairments

I would like to ask about transporting students who have become injured or temporarily disabled. Specifically, I am looking for suggestions for resources or program models that our college could use to develop appropriate documentation standards -- what documentation must a student provide in order to receive this service from the college?  What does your college consider temporary vs. chronic or long-term injury?  I hope to look at any models available.  Thank you for your input/suggestions.
