[Ahead_ld] outcome of Princeton University lawsuit?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Please forgive cross-posting to other lists.

Does anyone know whether the lawsuit by the freshman with LD against
Princeton has been settled or gone to court and, if so, what the outcome
was?  I haven't been able to find any updated information since the
announcement was made.
